We will do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Orders made on working days before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this, for example because the products are out of stock. The product page shows the exact delivery time. Should we not meet the date of the delivery for any reason, we will of course inform you of this as soon as possible.
Delivery exceeds with PostNL's mailbox or package delivery. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery.
Where is my order?
After placing an order, we will keep you informed about the status.
1. You will receive an order confirmation by email
2. You will receive the shipping confirmation e-mail if the package has left our warehouse
Did you miss the deliverer? Then you will receive an e-mail from DHL and a card in the mailbox that your package can be picked up the next day at the nearest DHL ServicePoint. In addition, from that moment on you have the choice to change your delivery moment directly online (this is possible until 23.59h). You can choose another time or location or have the package delivered to your neighbors. If you do not make any changes online, the package will be delivered to your nearest DHL ServicePoint.
