Sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. Sometimes your situation changes. And sometimes, despite all our care and quality control, something can arrive damaged or incorrect. Returns

If a product is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days. We ask that the item is unused, complete and in its original packaging, so we can ensure it stays suitable for another customer.
At VITILITY, we work with honest, transparent pricing. We do not build hidden service fees, return costs or insurance margins into our product prices. This allows us to keep our everyday prices fair and accessible for everyone. For that reason, return shipping is handled by the customer — just like when you buy something in a physical store and decide to bring it back yourself.
You can see it as your own transport back to the shop. Not as a penalty, but as a way to keep our pricing structure open and fair for everyone who keeps their product.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we carefully check the item and process your refund as quickly as possible. If you return part of an order and the remaining total no longer meets the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping discount is adjusted accordingly. This keeps the system consistent and transparent for all customers.
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the situation is of course different. In those cases, we take full responsibility. We will cover all return costs and make sure you receive the correct item or a full refund without any extra effort on your side.

Warranty

All VITILITY products come with a 2-year European consumer warranty. This means you are protected if a product develops a defect during normal use within this period.
We design our products to be used daily and to last, but if something does go wrong, we are here to help. Our service team will guide you through simple checks, offer support and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or solution.
